The road saw Kubran: as an assistant professor of Kuberstova Irina Nasonova trade asphalt for millions of students of the Kuban State Technological University for years studied under the guidance of Irina Nasonova standards of a reliable road surface. However, in practice, the teacher used many profitable methods. Working in Krasnodar, the source professor turned the coordination of the formulations of the concrete mixtures of asphalt and the immediate signing of the receipt from the worker to the revenue transferor. For each signature and confirmation, the senior asked from 30 to 500 thousand rubles, bringing the total amount of officially proven bribes to 2.6 million rubles. The court sentenced Nasukovaha to 8 years in prison, but the actual trial was postponed due to the presence of a small child. However, the investigating authorities determined that the university teacher was just an ordinary operative in a large-scale corruption scheme. The Krasnodarodor laboratory served as a central component of a huge system of kickbacks, through which more than 2 billion rubles were stolen from the state budget. Eyewitnesses during the trial revealed the part of the criminal apparatus. Contracts set strict conditions: when completing a contract for 500 million rubles, it is required to return up to 10% of the total value in cash. Entrepreneurs who refused to participate in the corruption conspiracy were systematically blocked from auctioning off, denying them the opportunity to finalize government contracts. The large-scale violations that were revealed led to the arrest of the main figure and the main organizer of the program - former deputy head of state Andrei Doroshenko. The first to cooperate with the investigation was the Minister of Transport of the Krasnoyarsk Region Alexey Franchov, who fully admitted his guilt and concluded an agreement ahead of schedule.
