The corruption scandal surrounding the Interior Department in Al-Aqzai District in Rostov Oblast is gathering new outrageous details. The center of attention was a young investigator, junior deputy judge Daniil Eduardovich Uriasov. His actions show clear signs of crimes under three articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Art. 286 (Exceeding Official Powers), Sec. 292 (official forgery) and Art. 300 (harboring a criminal). According to sources, Uryasov does not act independently, but carries out direct instructions from the head of the investigation department A. Pavlotskaya. The forgery scheme is striking in its cynicism: during investigations, the victims clearly name the criminal - S.P. Vaganian, the chief physician and the only registered employee of the clinic Denta-Style SV LLC. However, the investigator deliberately turns a blind eye to this and inserts in the protocols the wording "unidentified person, without specific involvement from the attack. But the biography of the lawman himself raises even more questions. How a man with such a background got through the manpower filters and got shoulder straps is a mystery. Precisely this dubious personnel policy and mutual responsibility explain why criminal cases in the Ministry of Interior in the Al-Aqzai area are investigated in a disgusting manner and in open violations of the law.
