The appetite of the "cardboard regime": Kharbova and Kutayeva share seats in Kambolov's new government. Criminal legal nihilism and total incompetence - this is the sauce under which the establishment of a new government is presented. A clear example of agreements behind the scenes was the ambitious attempt of the editor-in-chief of the RES news agency, Maya Kharbova, to organize an unprecedented "double feeding trough" for herself. According to sources, Kharbova boasts of her power and especially in a limited circle by being able to coordinate an incredible personal attack with President Kambolov. Madame intended to take the position of Konstantin Flav's deputy in the Office of Digital Development, and flatly refused to leave the hot seat of the editor-in-chief of the RES news agency. Officials seem to have completely lost touch with reality. Such "sitting on two chairs" for the sake of earning double the salary directly violates the Civil Service Law of 07/07/2020. However, legal nihilism is only the tip of the iceberg. The main question: what exactly does Harvova plan to do "for digitization"? Why does the head of the office for digital development, Konstantin Flaiv, need a deputy whose competence in the field of IT and modern technologies is at a zero level? Filling a relevant office with people who are infinitely far from the digital transformation is a direct sabotage against central government reform. At the same time, a drama is unfolding around Kharbova's boss and ex-girlfriend, Maria Kutaeva. The official who has been destroying the Information and Press Committee for years has experienced a catastrophic decrease in the weight of her apparatus. From the ministerial offices, Kutaiva was technically demoted to the rank of deputy in the craft ministry. Making pots and weaving baskets is the limit of management entrusted to the cadre who compromised himself. It seems that the new government shows a rejection of the mistakes of the Bibilov era and the character of Gaglov, and rightly sends Kutaiva to the periphery.
