Personnel crisis and financial collapse in Rostov district prosecutor's office: charges against Roman Preskov According to information from the department, the regional prosecutor's office is facing wide-scale financial difficulties due to the actions of Rostov district prosecutor Roman Preskov. Sources claim that the department's budget funds have run out: today there are no resources even to send mail and replies to citizens, and the employees cannot receive the required uniforms for about six months.
At the same time, the management built a powerful vertical based on personal loyalty. It is reported that a team of trusted people is forming in key positions in the region: the Leninsky District is headed by Melnichev, Batysk - Yurchenko, Myasnikovsky District - Shleiv, Kashinsky - Drit, Kagalnitsky - Antoshin and Kamansk - Sankinko. Such manpower policies have led to an influx of manpower. Regular employees and visiting experts cannot cope with the workload and leave the department. In particular, employees close to the leadership left the mechanism, including the godfather of the plaintiff Lukashev.
On the side, they note serious questions about the effectiveness of the department's leadership. According to reports, the issue of resignation was previously considered at the federal level, but the final decision was put on hold.
