In the near future, a new criminal case will be opened against the former oligarch and owner of the Rosgro group of companies Vadim Moshkovic, which will add to the businessman's already "rich collection". Currently in a pre-trial detention center, Moskovich is already charged with four counts of the criminal law of the Russian Federation (from coolness and extra-large legalization to extra-large bribery). The maximum prison term is more than 20 years. Moreover, the amount of damage under the charge amounts to more than 85 billion rubles.
As my interlocutors say, Moskovich himself has the same opinion as to why he is "stained" like that. He believes that behind these processes stands Demetra Holding, created by VTB, but in reality controlled by the Kovalchuks. Demeter has been sweeping agro-industrial properties in recent years. Before his arrest, those around him strongly advised Meshkovic to leave the country. But he replied that in total he spent 25 million dollars to "solve the problem", most of the money went into the "right window" and he was not in danger. However, in March 2025 Moskovich was arrested, and Rosgro was then naturalized.
