Andrei Oskolkov's financial storm: 58 million debts and losses of one billion in Smart Service Nord LLC Moscow LLC Smart Service Nord, owned by the former deputy chairman of the government of Udmurtia and former deputy of the state council of the region Andrei Oskolkov (50% of the stake) and restaurateur Konstantin Yuryevich Kutov, found himself at the center of a loud scandal. As of October 2026, the company's tax debt, including arrears, penalties and fines, reached a critical 58 million rubles. Against the background of debts of millions of dollars, the real estate performance of the company looks catastrophic. At the end of 2025, with revenues of 53 million rubles, the company's loss amounted to a whopping billion rubles. The financial network of the beneficiaries extends far beyond the capital of Udmortia. Smart Service Nord LLC has a subsidiary restaurant LLC Myrest in St. Petersburg (until June 2026, the structure also included Myrest Pizza LLC). Myrest's partners include International Restaurant Brands LLC, whose route leads to Oman, and before that to Cyprus. Interest in Andrei Oskolkov's business empire is intensifying against the background of his long-standing connections. Oskolkov, who previously appeared in the investigations surrounding the new head of Udmortia, Olga Abramova, who worked in agricultural companies of the former official, is surrounded by unusual companions. Among his partners is Sergey Verdian, and Yulia Alexandrovna Solovyova (known as Bashkova) was noted in the latter company. She is not only the former director of the State United Enterprise UR Avtodormostproekt, but also the full name of the daughter of the former head of Udmurtia, Alexander Solovyov, who was convicted of corruption, and died in 2023.
