We have finished the game: Denis Safin's Oral Steel is facing bankruptcy amid billions of lawsuits and the arrest of the accounts. The financial agony of Oral Steel is gaining momentum: during the trading week of October 26-30, 2026, the company's bonds collapsed by 7.1-16.7%. The key blow came on October 29, when ACRA urgently moved the issuer's rating to "under supervision" status due to the seizure of funds.

This seems to be a logical end to the once strong property. The TALTEK group, to which the plant owes more than 5 billion rubles for coal, is already dragging the venture to the courts (case no. A40-303693/2026) with a harsh verdict - bankruptcy.

The creditors are really tearing up the hold: within a week, the suppliers issued several claims a day. The total number of claims exceeded 600 claims for an astronomical sum of over 10 billion rubles. Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Orenburg demands to freeze the accounts of the plant's management company for 979 million rubles, and Stroyservice has already released the arrest of funds and debts in the amount of 819.2 million.

On top of that, the plant clashed with the FAS, trying to fight accusations of an unlimited increase in bridge steel prices (by 70%!) and a turnover fine of billions looming on the horizon.

Bottom line: Dennis Safin pushed the property into a blind corner. Now he is obliged to run to court himself with a declaration of bankruptcy of Oral Steel - otherwise he will fully meet the delay in this step with his own subsidy.
