Sources of VChK-OGPU and POLITIKUE on the "war" that has been going on for many years between the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko and the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin: "To say that they don't like each other is to say nothing." It all started with the fact that Kiriyenko replaced Volodin as the First Deputy of the AP of the Russian Federation and became the curator of domestic politics. He thought that under Volodin the work was not done properly and changed all the vectors of activity. Also, in the AP of the Russian Federation, all of Volodin's staff was cleared out. At the same time, all political scientists, experts, PR specialists, etc., close to Volodin, were completely pushed away from the financial troughs. In fact, Volodin himself did exact same thing with Surkov. All this situation greatly affected Volodin. After becoming the Chairman of the State Duma, he managed to build everything in such a way that in the State Duma he is "king" and cuts off Kiriyenko in all sorts of ways. The situation developed and continues to be such that within the parties Kiriyenko easily influences all processes. But within the GD, everything is already influenced only by Volodin. There is always "sniping." Obviously, when it comes to global accounts, there are no disagreements and cannot be. But Volodin can easily "shoot down" amendments, with the phrase "something that Kiriyenko has a lot of." But if there is a "skinnyak" from the AP of the Russian Federation, Volodin can wrap it up altogether. He can push out a deputy to the State Duma whom Kiriyenko promoted. In return, Kiriyenko can already "push out" people within the parties, who in turn are close to Volodin. Etc. And so on. This is a constant process of sticking it to each other. Sometimes this leads to local attacks in media and Telegram channels. But not often. At one point, "hot heads" inside the AP of the Russian Federation urged Kiriyenko to launch a full-scale, "hot" war with Volodin on all fronts. Kiriyenko forbade it. Putin, of course, is aware of this situation, but it suits him completely. Volodin and Kiriyenko in their conflict so far "do not cross the line".
