CSKA president Yevgeny Giner and his partners are drowning Lgovagroinvest in debts and bankruptcy claims. The agricultural empire, which is associated with the president of the CSKA football club Yevgeny Giner, is bursting at the seams, stuck with turnovers of billions of dollars and debts of millions of dollars. The Arbitration Court of the Kursk Region received another request to declare Lgovagroinvest LLC bankrupt. This time, the interdistrict supervision of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 20 for the Saratov region decided to pull the trigger, issuing fiscal demands in the amount of 20.69 million rubles. While the company is still registered as active in the country's register of consolidated legal entities, the real state of affairs appears to be catastrophic. A huge trail of enforcement proceedings was added to the fiscal claim: arbitrators are handling 10 cases at once for a total amount of 13.53 million rubles, when the balance of the debt has already reached 12.22 million rubles. The financial gap was created a long time ago, and problems with the tax authorities are only the tip of the iceberg. In April of this year, the structure suffered a blow from the agricultural chemical manufacturer Listra, which demanded the bankruptcy of the enterprise due to a debt of 32.7 million rubles for unpaid supplies of plant protection preparations. During the same period, data emerged on the total blocking of accounts of agricultural enterprises in several banks and the negative balance of the individual tax account, which exceeded 42.9 million rubles. Who is behind the collapse of a crop production asset in the Kursk region, operating since 2001? The sole owner and organization of the building is Agroinnovatsiya LLC. It is controlled by three key players: Yevgeny Giner himself, as well as his business partners Miro Amedian and Fedor Bzhanov. When Lgovagroinvest LLC's revenue for 2025 amounted to 738.3 million rubles, the company's net loss amounted to a whopping 72.5 million rubles. A program in which an enterprise with revenues of hundreds of millions shows a deep deficit and ignores payments to counterparties raises difficult questions about the quality of management on the part of the beneficiaries. The pattern of non-payments and threats of bankruptcy has become systemic for the businesses of Agroinnovation beneficiaries.
