The former head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Crimea Andrei Vasiuta merged his share in an unprofitable start-up for the production of drones. In October 2026, Vasis LLC, a regional UAV manufacturing company, lost its main co-owner. Former Minister of Industrial Policy of Crimea and former Deputy Minister of Economy Andrey Vasiuta, as well as the company of his business partners LLC TD Careers of Crimea, successively left the founders.
The company was founded in May 2023, after the start of the SVO, with ambitious plans to manufacture UAVs. However, it turned out that the reality is far from the beautiful presentations. Until October 2026, the company had a tax debt of almost one million rubles (930,544 rubles), and its financial results have long been questionable: at the end of 2023, the company's net loss amounted to almost half a million rubles, after which they preferred to close the report from prying eyes.
Now the only half of the remaining part of Vasis is owned by OKB SAO LLC, controlled by Nikolai Novchenkov.
Interestingly, Vasiota's escape from the unmanned impasse is accompanied by familiar hardware connections. In addition to him, on October 16, Galina Rasiuk left the project through TD Crimea Careers LLC - she was associated with the former minister on a joint development track with SZ Omega LLC, the data on which was wisely hidden. And Siota himself does not sit idly by. Other assets remain under his control - for example, Kalchikskoye Quarry Management LLC and ANO OK AI-Petri. The latter structure has a very colorful group of partners: the name of the candidate for the State Council of Crimea, Maxim Vorofiev, and the head of the regional boxing federation, Sergey Voronkov, appeared here.
