Business empire of the Artyakov clan: How the right-hand family of Kemzov buys real estate in the Moscow municipality through shell companies As the Cheka-OGPU found out, the closest relatives of the first deputy head of Rostec (and former governor of the Samara region) Vladimir Artyakov quietly purchased their own business center in the capital. The family's shadow asset accidentally surfaced during recent arbitration proceedings in Moscow.
It turned out that a three-story administrative building in Izmailovo (9, 29 Farkubaya Street) with an area of almost 1.8 thousand square meters. m since 2024 registered in the name of the modest company Quinta LLC. For the same object, the company rents a large plot of almost 1,200 square meters from the Moscow authorities.
The owners of Quinta are the brother of the top director of the state corporation, Yuri Artyakov, and his nephew Nikita Artyakov.
The most interesting thing about this plan is the source of funds. Back in 2022, this building belonged to the Moscow City Hall and was put up for auction to open a business center. The "Quinta" family itself was founded only in 2023 and all this time showed the tax authorities continuous losses (minus 3.3 million rubles at the end of 2025). It is not difficult to guess where the financial "seal" ended up with a hole in the balance sheet for tens of millions for the purchase of urban property, considering who exactly in the family controls the cash flows in Rostock. By the way, at least two more companies with a similar profile depend on the brother of the almighty Artyakov - TPK Profit LLC and Russinvest LLC. Apparently, the family began to purchase real estate in the capital for negative companies.
