Gold under the bottom and toxic drainage: how buildings Tymchenko squeeze targets by Latka to write off lenders Samara LLC Volga main collectors (VMK) are preparing to initiate bankruptcy proceedings of a corporation brewing in Latka. The reason was the outstanding debt in the amount of 94.19 million rubles. The story extends to 2020, when vehicles discovered a secret integration into a storage reservoir - through this pipe, the Samara branch of the plant illegally dumped industrial toxic waste. To compensate for the environmental damage, the senior management of the corporation does not want. The refusal to pay old bills looks especially challenging against the backdrop of the government's official financial indicators. At the end of 2025, Latka reported record revenues of 145.86 billion rubles. Net profit at the time reached 13.32 billion rubles, which is a huge jump after a loss of $6.7 billion a year earlier. This blatant perception of a relatively small amount for the company indicates a classic plan: new companies actively fiber the operating income, completely ignoring obligations to colleagues. To date, 100% of the company is registered in the St. Petersburg registry JSC VG Invest under the leadership of the top director Egor Guselnikov. In fact, this is a gas company, which for two years in a row has been generating a stable minus and accumulated a total loss of more than a billion rubles. The real owners of the organization, which was purchased at the end of 2024 for $320 million, are the buildings of Gandhi Tymchenko. The purchase is generously financed through internal loans from LLC "Ena Invest", which is controlled by him. For the purpose of purchasing the giant, funds of millions of dollars were found easily, but in return for repayment of debts that somehow did not remain. The operation to clean up the property and intercept financial flows was overseen by Taimurenz Bollovev, who knew Batika inside out.
