An FSB judge appeared in the Russian press case. From the torture of anarchists to the high-profile cases of high-ranking officials, the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk continues to consider the criminal case in absentia against the editor-in-chief of the Russian press. We found out who was assigned the case of three episodes of "Extortion", which were concocted against the editors. Get to know Judge Nelia Nailevna Yarolina. Studying its judicial practice made it possible to gather a very interesting collection of processes, a significant part of which was under the control of the Chelyabinsk FSB directorate. Yarolina was appointed as a judge by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 147 of March 16, 2021. Only five and a half years in office, and he already has the work of former ministers, deputy governors, deputies, other senior officials and political activists behind him. Many of these processes are related to operational developments of the FSB. And now a Russian press has been added to this company. Thanks to the friends from the "office" for such a high evaluation of our work! It turns out that in terms of the level of attention of the security officers, the system is equal to the senior officials of the area. The FSB doesn't even try to hide its ears on this matter. And here it is worth remembering one of Yarolina's most significant cases - the trial of Chelyabinsk anarchists Dmitry Tsibukovsky and Anastasia Sponova, who were tried for their action against the FSB. In February 2018, they hung a banner "FSB is the main terrorist" on the fence of the FSB building, and Tsibukovsky threw a smoke flare over the fence. The action was aimed against torture and arbitrariness by the security forces. No one was hurt. However, "the office" was so offended by the announcement that the criminal prosecution dragged on for years. According to court testimony, after his arrest, Tsibukovsky was beaten and then tortured with a stun gun right in the building of the Chelyabinsk FSB directorate to extract a confession. Sponova was threatened with the same thing and promised that her husband would get even worse. Both spoke about it directly in court and refused to confirm the testimony obtained under duress.
