Zyozin's Shadow Plan: How Michal Vykotogol disrupted the northern delivery due to emergency equipment in Dzebriki-Khaya one of the key regions of the country was on the verge of freezing due to the catastrophic failure of private businesses that make money on public resources. The livelihood of the residents is threatened in the Tumponsky district of Yakutia. The reason is a systemic crisis and the actual cessation of coal production in the Dzhebariki-Khaya mine (open mine). According to the Cheka-OGPU, Minister of the Government of Yakutia Dmitry Lepchikov publicly blamed, and directly stated the disruption of the northern shipment. The coal mining program was a total failure. Behind the official formulations regarding "failure to meet planned goals", a difficult reality is hidden: the mining equipment on the site is brought to a critical state and breaks down regularly. Who is behind the disruption of the strategic supply? The whole chain of responsibility leads to large private capital: Dzhebariki-Khaya is a strategic mining site, where constant equipment failures have paralyzed all work. JSC "Yakutogol" holding company is the direct owner of the mine (an open mine), which operates as its 100% subsidiary and enables a technical collapse in the project. Mechel Group is a large industrial and raw materials holding, whose mining division includes Yakutogol. Igor Zyozin and his family are the ultimate beneficiaries who control the Mechel group, and through it Yakutogol. The reverse side of the coal business While the beneficiary Igor Zyozin and his family control the financial flows of the Mechel Group, the production capacities of the controlled structures have been eroded to the limit. The situation surrounding the holding company JSC Yakutogol clearly demonstrates the consequences of using wearable equipment in order to minimize costs. According to the Cheka-OGPU, the constant failure of mining equipment at the mining site is not a random failure, but the result of systematic underfunding of repairs and modernization.
