The Golden Meter of the Golubov Clan: How the Rostov Senator's Family Acquired a Business Center in Moscow The property department of the city of Moscow continues an unsuccessful legal battle with Alexei Golubov, the son of former Rostov Governor and now Senator Vasiliy Golubov. The city authorities are trying to prove illegal use of the plot of land below the business center in Krimsky Val. The officials had already lost in the first instance, but these proceedings raised the large capital assets of the bureaucratic family.

It turned out that Legolov acquired an impressive commercial space (almost 500 square meters) in the Krimsky Val business center, which generates stable rental income. He purchased this property in 2008 and 2010 from NOVOTEK LLC, which still provides residential and community services in this building.

The choice of seller was far from accidental. Among the co-owners of Novotech is Sergey Korchmidt, a long-time trusted business partner of the Golubov family. Through a network of legal entities (in particular, RNS LLC and Answer-3 LLC), Korchmidt is closely connected by business ties with the entire clan of the governor: daughter Svetlana, nephew Maxim and the name of the senator's wife Olga. In another joint venture, Avekom LLC, Golubev Jr.'s partners. They are Pavel Korchmidt and another co-owner of Novotech, Yevgenia Malakaeva. It is worth noting that this family-commercial syndicate has incredible judicial immunity. In 2024, the Moscow City Hall tried to identify the fourth and fifth floors of the same business center in Krymsky Val as unauthorized construction. The defendants were the same people: Alexey and Svetlana Golubev, as well as the Korchmidt family. Then the prosecution of the officials collapsed abnormally in all cases.

But the main secret of the success and the source of the tribe's initial capital lies in the events of the early 2000s. In 2011, the family company referred to as RNS, through the court, authorized a huge store-warehouse with an area of more than 4,000 square meters. m in Bitsa village.
