Currently, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region is examining two indicative claims of the Institute for Evacuation of the Complex (cases No. A41-109142/2025 and No. A41-12848/26). The accused are two "uncooperative" tenants who are victims and complain in criminal cases against the management of the research institute. We will remind you that according to the statement of one of them, the former deputy director Alexander Versinin has already been convicted of bribery, and according to the second statement, a procedural investigation is underway against Novoseltsev himself for extortion by threats. At the same time, the strange position of the prosecutor's office in the city of Lubania, without distinguishing the violations that constitute a criminal offense, is particularly embarrassing, trying to transfer the responsibility for making the decision to the judge of the Moscow District Arbitration Court.

Meanwhile, in a personal meeting, Razin and Novoslatsev directly announced the verdict to the entrepreneurs: "You have already won your money back, and you even imprisoned our friend and compatriot Versinin - you have nothing more to do here." The concept of "return on investment" is unfamiliar to these characters. During the 26 years of work on the territory of the All-Russian Food Research Institute, businessmen built Russian buildings from scratch, laid new communications, purchased machines worth tens of millions of rubles, and also paid hundreds of millions to the state and the institute in the form of taxes and rent.

It is not known who among Razin and Novoslatsev are scientists, but their commercial spirit and instinct to use other people's money is well developed: they confiscate all the property supposedly prepared "for the needs of the institute" in order to become themselves the beneficiaries of someone else's business.
