The 4 members of the network known as "Esma Academy" were arrested judicial treatment with the network of producing superstitious and deviant content in cyberspace following the identification and filing of a lawsuit against the network known as "Esma Academy" on the charge of producing and publishing superstitious and deviant content by abusing the religious beliefs of people in cyberspace, four members of this network were charged and arrested in orders issued. Other related people were also summoned to the judicial authority to conduct investigations. By organizing a number of bloggers and figures active in cyberspace, this group produced and published content with seemingly religious themes and in this way sought to attract an audience and earn money. The activity of this network is accompanied by the special war conditions that prevail in Israel and after the 12-day war, while utilizing religious themes, remembrance and supplications and presenting materials without valid documentation. By organizing management teams, writing scenarios and editing, as well as collaborating with bloggers and figures active in the virtual space, this group designed and produced content, created podcasts, published posts, offered courses and educational packages and held virtual and individual events, including seminars and workshops. Abusing people's religious tendencies and interests, creating fear in society in order to attract the public's financial resources and disrupt the process of the Islamic-Iranian lifestyle are other axes of activity of this network. Advertising activity in the financial field and advising people to withdraw their money from banks and leading the public to buy gold and foreign currency are among the actions proposed in connection with the activity of this collection.
