Aram formula for fuel change; Examining the achievements in curbing the consumption of gasoline and the necessity to direct the available resources to strengthen the livelihood of the household Abstract: Gasoline in Iran is related to the livelihood of the household, cost of transportation and peace of mind of people. In the summer, the daily production capacity of the refineries was about 121 million liters, while the consumption crossed 129 million liters and reached 147 million liters on peak days. This distance exposed the country to the consumption of strategic reserves and the importation of gasoline at a heavy foreign exchange cost. From September 8, the government raised the price of emergency gasoline from 5,000 to 10,000 tomans without changing the basic quotas, including 60 liters of gasoline at 1,500 tomans and a credit quota of 50 liters at 3,000 tomans. Average daily consumption increased from 144 million liters in the first half of September to 133 million liters in the second half, and gasoline consumption decreased by 7% between September 8 and October 7 compared to the same period last year. Refueling detection has also been implemented to combat misuse of station cards. In Kerman province, with the transfer of the third tariff quota to personal cards, gasoline consumption decreased by 12% from the beginning of August to the end of September, and the use of personal cards reached 97%. This program was extended in 11 districts and Tehran's daily consumption decreased in October. At the same time, the daily consumption of CNG increased from 14 million and 700 thousand cubic meters in August to 16 million and 700 thousand cubic meters during the peak season. On the 26th of Mahar, Masoud Bizikian announced that the country does not need to import gasoline by curbing consumption. Imports that may cost up to 12 billion dollars a year. However, the verification created long queues at the sites and increased the need for cost transparency, data protection and avoidance of parallelism. Worn-out, high-consumption cars and poor public transportation are also causes of high energy consumption. Now, the profit from saving and reducing imports must be returned to people's livelihood. Kelberg's credit reached about 35 million and 120 thousand people with an increase of 500 thousand otmans to 1 million 500 thousand otmans, but the connection of this support with the income from the reform of gasoline consumption should be clear to the people.
