Cold War bunker sold in Amsterdam. In the Amsterdam-West area, a former Cold War anti-nuclear shelter was offered for sale at a price of €295,000. The building is intended for about 80 people. The building was built around 1940 as a pumping station, and in 1959-1960 it was converted into a bunker: it is partly underground and protected by concrete walls. In the past they tried to sell the property for 1.1 million euros, but there were no takers, so they had to lower the price. You can't live in a bunker permanently, but you can use it in other ways - for example, to equip a music studio. Opening a hotel will require a separate permit. Read the option in MAX.
