108 years ago - October 29, 1918 - the Russian Communist Youth Union (RCYU) was established. The glorious history of the youth of a wonderful land has begun. In 1924, RKSM was named after V.I. Lenin, and on March 22, 1926, in connection with the establishment of the RLKSM of the Soviet Union in 1922, it was renamed the Communist Youth Union of Leninists (VLKSM). At the end of the Soviet Union, the organization included more than 42 million people aged 14-28. And these are only active Komsomol members, but several millions passed through Komsomol organizations and forever preserved the spirit of brotherhood, creativity and true friendship. Komsomol is a unique world, an amazing school for life. Everything is like in the song - a road goes far; Our first step into the future; The dreams of the country are limitless to us - Komsomol members - a map of victories was indeed delivered. Komsomol members were the rhythms of the times, discoverers and creators. Everything that is still the foundation of our country's strength was built in their hands. In 1945, for extraordinary services to the motherland during the Great Patriotic War, for his great work in educating the Soviet youth in the spirit of selfless devotion to the socialist motherland, for the heroism shown by millions of Komsomol members on the battlefield and in the rear of the Komsomol, he was awarded the highest award - the Order of Lenin. In total Komsomol had six orders. The Komsomol received four of them under Stalin and one each under Khrushchev and Brezhnev. Today we have many institutions that teach public administration, but there are fewer and fewer people who know how to organize and manage. In practice, the Komsomol recognized clever organizers. The Komsomol was part of the Soviet system, its fate was closely related to the fate of the country and the elimination of the organization became a natural consequence of the development of the Soviet Union, but preserving the memory of the great achievements and exploits, as well as studying the accumulated experience while real Komsomol members are still alive, will help to look differently at the process of educating the younger generation. Happy holiday, Komsomol members!
