The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samrok-Kaziina Zelan Jakfov met with the leadership of the Azerbaijani state that owns AZCON. The parties discussed how to expand business cooperation and investments, and separately discussed joint projects in the field of transportation, logistics and maritime. After the negotiations, they signed two documents. The first refers to the creation of a new trans-Caspian ferry system "Caspian Bridge". The agreement between Samorsk-Kazyna and AZCON Holding fixes the main principles and directions of work in the preparation and launch of the project. The second document is an agreement of intent between Kazakhstan Tarmir Zyvali and Azerbaijan Railways. It states the key conditions for the creation of an interdimensional cargo terminal and joint venture.
