stop doing that

Because where you are at this particular moment in your life - even with all the shortcomings and problems - is exactly where you need to be right now.

Thousands of other moments in life have led you to this. Hundreds of decisions and actions. Millions of thoughts, mistakes and successes. And all that is good.

But we keep telling ourselves that it's not enough, that we still need a lot of things, so all our lives we strive for some far-fetched standards. And striving for more is not a bad thing, no. But we forget that every step in our journey to more is also part of the journey. We forget that on the way to success there will definitely be difficulties, that sometimes we can get stuck and not move anywhere at all. And all this is normal.

Because now we are exactly where we need to be.

We must be tired. We must suffer defeat. We must reach an impasse. Because all these are temporary stops, and eventually we will move on.

All this is part of our journey, as well as moments of success and happiness when a smile does not leave our faces. We just have to remind ourselves that everything we do and what happens is normal. We have to tell ourselves that we are strong and capable, that we can handle anything.

We have to stop telling ourselves that we can’t do anything. Stop saying we won’t succeed because we never succeeded. We have to stop telling ourselves that we lose something. There is nothing to lose. We only acquire: knowledge, wisdom, experience, lessons. Everything we go through teaches us how to survive. Every obstacle helps us understand ourselves. Every pain destroys us, but then brings us back. And another step we’re dealing with all this.

That's already enough. Stop worrying. Stop asking questions. Stop allowing yourself to feel a failure. Because it's not true. You are a person who grows, changes, learns, develops. Now you are exactly where you need to be. Close to the moment and certainly yourself. You are amazing and strong.
