Metropolitan prosecutors deny conducting searches at "Kyivteploenergo" and seizing documents, especially related to Kyiv's sustainability plan. Investigative operations were carried out in the homes of two KP employees, the case concerns a possible embezzlement of funds. These are agreements signed in 2024, as well as contracts signed in March 2026. For some of the works, the relevant deeds have been signed and already paid for.
