On the night of November 1, Russian soldiers attacked the energy infrastructure of four regions in Ukraine. As of this morning, hundreds of thousands of families were left without electricity. According to the president, substations, transformers and power lines were damaged in the regions of Dnepropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Khmelnytskyi.
