He committed criminal acts as part of repeat offenses, within five years after serving at least six months in prison for a similar intentional crime. He served the sentence imposed by the judgment of the District Court in Warsaw-Zoliboz intermittently from April 2021 to February 2023. For the criminal acts, imprisonment for a period of 3 to 20 years has been established.
