In Dnipro and the region, due to damage caused by Russian attacks in the morning, emergency power cuts were activated, almost all electric transportation in the city was stopped. Filatov called on citizens to keep a supply of food and water at home for at least a few days, and if possible, to stay at home: "Unfortunately, there is another outage in Dnipro. Please, if possible, stay at home, because apart from buses, there is no electric transportation: no trams, no trolleybuses, and no metro."
