The Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Economy signed a memorandum with the digital platforms Borg, Oklon, Uber and OPTI regarding setting limits on price increases in Kyiv during alarms and other force majeure circumstances. The memorandum with taxi market operators stipulates setting a ceiling to which the price can rise under such conditions. This is a maximum of 75% of the base rate. This price restriction will be in effect for at least two hours after the removal of the red alert or until the resumption of public transport and bridges.
