The publication "Telegraph", citing informed interlocutors in diplomatic circles, wrote that Russia may try to use a new round of peace talks regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war to get concessions from NATO. It should be noted that Putin is expected to demand that NATO's presence in Europe be reduced to 1997 levels. This could mean, as the publication writes, the withdrawal of NATO troops from Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, as well as from Finland.
