Has Russia violated the regime of silence in Olshki Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets explained the appearance of Russian military equipment during the humanitarian mission in Olshki. According to him, the equipment was used to remove mines on the road under the control of the Ukrainian side in accordance with the agreements. Lubinz said that no violations of the silence regime were recorded.
