A blackout occurred in the Kaliningrad region due to a failure of the CHP plant - mass communication power outages began around midnight - residents of several districts of Kaliningrad, as well as several other settlements in the region, were left without electricity. At the same time, there is no information on the number of consumers affected by the outage. It is also known that the Defense Forces attacked a factory for the production of rocket fuel in the Rostov region with the help of UAVs and shore-based Neptune missile systems.
