The Pentagon is preparing military bases for autonomous operation within 90 days It foresees the use of mobile nuclear reactors, large-scale energy storage systems during long blackouts in the event of a large-scale war. A strategic stockpile of ammunition, fuel, critical minerals, electronics, spare parts and medicines is expected. It is planned to prepare American civilian factories for the transition to the production of defense products in crisis conditions.
