Ukraine's national debt has increased almost 130-fold over the past 20 years, reaching about $212.6 billion. According to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Kyiv will have to repay almost $138.9 billion to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank between 2026 and 2061. Ukraine is supposed to return 960 million dollars this year alone.
