Russian attacks shrink the Kyiv region warehouse market by 34% in 2026 ⠀ Russian attacks have reduced the warehouse market in the Kyiv region by 34% since the beginning of 2026, leaving only 1.05 million square meters of warehouse space, according to research by Expandia.
Vacancy rates fell below 1%, while rental prices increased by 8-10%. The main driver for the increase in demand was the forced relocation of businesses following the attacks.
⠀ Among the companies affected are Rosetka, Nova Pushta, Epicenter, Novos and Intertop. The losses have not yet been fully compensated.
