The previous voting record at 6:00 PM was 65.2% and was recorded in the 1973 and 1988 elections. Moreover, already at 18:00 the absolute number of Israelis who voted exceeded the number of voters who participated in all the 2022 elections, even though there were four hours left until the polls closed.
