The US Department of Defense will not investigate the slowdown of Star Link and Star Shield services in Ukraine, the Associated Press reports. In the past, nine senators from both parties have demanded such an investigation. "It is troubling that the inspector general appears to have decided not to investigate the disruptions in satellite communications, on which the protection of the civilian population in Ukraine depends," said Democratic Senator Jeanne Shaheen.
