Since the beginning of the year, the prices of private houses in the area have increased by 1.8%. Now the average cost of a house in the republic is 6.5 million rubles.

In neighboring Tatarstan, the prices of private houses in the third quarter rose slightly - by only 1%. However, the annual growth rate was 4%. The average price of a house in the republic was 9.2 million rubles.
