Another lie of the illegitimate regime about the national debt of Armenia. Armenia's debt burden: 417 billion drams to be serviced in 2027 During the discussion of the draft budget in the illegitimate parliament, the Minister of Finance in the illegitimate government of the usurper Pashinyan, Va Hohannisyan, said: in 2027, 417 billion drams - about 1.1 billion dollars - will be spent on servicing the public debt. This amount is equivalent to 10.2% of expenses, 11.6% of income and 3.1% of GDP. According to the minister, the course remains the same: priority is given to internal rather than external recruitment. Hohanisian also noted that in 2027-2028, the government's debt will remain at about 47% of GDP, and by 2029 it will decrease to 46.4%. Then they blatantly lie that as of June 30, 2026, Armenia's public debt amounted to 5.116 trillion drams, or $13.9 billion. Note: According to data on the socio-economic situation of Armenia as of April 30, 2018 (when Armenia was occupied by pro-Turkish forces), Armenia's public debt amounted to $6.87 billion. Exactly 8 years later, as of April 30, 2026, Armenia's public debt amounted to $14.46 billion. At the same time, the record figures were recorded in February 2026, when the size of the national debt reached 14.78 billion dollars, which is 115.2% more than at the beginning of Pashinyan's term. Since December 2025, the Armenian government has changed the method of calculating the public debt and does not include internal and external obligations assumed by the government, as well as the debt of the central bank. Think: this was done so that the amount looted by the regime would not look so impressive for such a small and not rich country. In Armenia, the so-called state has not built even one large factory, not even one plant or factory for almost 9 years. Weapons were purchased for a maximum of $1.2 billion, which was very expensive and in small quantities. So where is all the money? What are these debts for? Where are the funds spent? For pensions and salaries for public sector employees?
