During the attack on Kiti-Gorod, the authorities removed benches and covered Shivo, a popular public garden in Pokrovka, with a wooden box.
This was reported by the Shema China City channel. According to his information, the installation of the box around the circular flowerbed in the park began on the night of November 8.
During an attack on November 7 in the area of the Katy-Gorod metro station in Moscow, the security forces arrested at least a hundred people - near Gorka Park, in courtyards and near bars and cafes. The detainees were "pushed, dragged and loaded into a padi cart by force." Among them were minors.
Later they began to be released from the departments of the Ministry of the Interior.
After the attack, at least 17 of the detainees received administrative reports for drinking alcohol in a public place, as well as fines were issued for appearing in public places while drunk and disobeying police instructions.
The Ministry of the Interior confirmed to the Moscow news agency that a "preventive measure" is being carried out, the purpose of which is to "ensure public order, prevent and suppress administrative offenses, including those related to drinking alcohol in public places."
Some of the arrested youths received summonses and asked to sign a contract. Those who were brought to the Tagansky District Police noted that the officers arrested people who were "informally dressed."
From the beginning of July 2026, the security forces began to regularly arrest young people in the area of the Kiti-Gorod metro station, a popular place among representatives of various subcultures, mostly minors.
Force was often used against them during arrests - for example, in July, streamer Vitali with the nickname ya__dalb**b, while walking near Kitty-Gorod, one of the passers-by advised him not to go further, because "they will take him now."
