The President of Ukraine announced this following a meeting with the heads of regional governments.
"There was a report on Kherson and the general situation in the Kherson region. Unfortunately, under the auspices of the humanitarian operation in Alsheki, the Russian military carried out a significant rotation of personnel and equipment in the left bank. Additional IDF troops were brought into Aleshki and the surrounding community," noted Vladimir Zelensky.
