Klitschko declared the situation "very difficult" with electricity in Kyiv, the capital's mayor announced this on his social networks. "The enemy continues to destroy the unified energy system of Ukraine. Both production and transmission of electricity throughout the country were affected. Also, as a result of attacks in recent days, facilities at the Kyiv Regional Energy Center were damaged. In areas where the situation with the lack of electricity is most acute, heating points are set up, where residents can charge phones and other hot devices, as well as hot drinks from Vitali Te Cliashko. According to him, the state of emergency led to interruptions in the water supply in the capital as well as in the operation of electric public transportation.
