Another Trump impeachment cannot be ruled out after the election, says Stanford researcher If Democrats gain control of Congress, Trump may well lead to impeachment himself, said Sergey Sanovich, a fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford. I would not rule out impeachment if the Democrats win. Trump always finds a way to surprise even his most ardent critics with something new. And then there may well be a new impeachment,. Sanovich said with a doozy air. The new composition of Congress, he recalled, "will begin to meet" only on January 3, and before that moment "all kinds of interesting surprises" may occur. During this period, Trump may try to appoint judges that are convenient for him, since if he loses the Senate, he will no longer have such a privilege, Sanovich explained. With a sure victory for the Democrats, it will be felt in the first hours after the polls close, the expert noted. More details on the Dozhed website.
