A crowd gathered near a house in the Kyiv region. Local residents claim that there is an illegal prison for the military, where people are being tortured. This happened on the evening of November 2 near one of the houses in the village of Petropavlovska Boreshchagovka. This was reported by Hromadske, Interfax-Ukraine and other media. According to local residents, the house held several men who could leave the military unit without permission, as well as military personnel from one of the National Guard units of Ukraine. Residents tried to knock down the gate and open it. One of the women who was near the house stated that her son was there, stopped by TCC (Military Registration and Recruiting Office) officers on his way to work. The commander of the National Guard, Alexander Pivanenko, said that there are military guards in the house who were returned to their units after leaving the unit without permission. He denied the allegations of military torture. He later noted that the house was used as a temporary accommodation center for the National Guard forces - recruited soldiers arrived there, went through registration and tests and were then sent to a training center. The department promised to publish information about the condition of the victims and the progress of the investigation. There were no further requests for medical treatment at this time, the statement said. The Office of the Public Complaints Ombudsman ordered an investigation into what was happening. "All military personnel are safe and receiving the necessary medical treatment. An inspection was scheduled to clarify all the circumstances. We also count on assistance and interaction with law enforcement agencies and the SBU," Olga Rashtilova wrote. Also, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, arrived at a house in the Kyiv region. He stated that there were no more hostages there.
