Five people were killed in an airstrike on Isium on October 29, the regional military administration reports. "As a result of search and rescue operations at the site of the enemy's air attack, unfortunately, the bodies of five dead people were discovered. Another 14 civilians were injured in varying degrees of severity," they noted.
