During July-October, 140 million people registered in Max, according to the company's report, including users from abroad. On average, users send 1.9 billion messages and make about 34 million calls per day, the report says. Since September 2025, Max Messenger has been included in the government's list of mandatory pre-installation on smartphones and tablets sold in Russia.
