Rescuers from the Lisa alert squad limited the search for people because of bears The Lisa alert team suspended the search for missing persons in the forests of Siberia, the Far East and the northern regions of Russia, writes the publication of Baikal people. According to the report, the search was stopped in the Irkutsk, Tomsk and Arkhangelsk regions, as well as in Altai. The head of the department, Grigory Sergeev, said that this decision was made due to the increase in the number of bears. "In a certain area there was a situation of unusual behavior of a bear, and we understand that it treats people differently, not like a normal animal that we are used to dealing with. Maybe he won't leave our team, but will do something different. Therefore, we are reconsidering our search efforts," he said. According to media estimates, bear attacks were recorded in 15 regions of Russia from August to October.
