Half of the monthly precipitation will fall in the Moscow region at the end of next week.
Heavy rains and a force seven storm with wind gusts of up to 15 meters per second are expected on November 13 and 14, Yevgeny Tishkovacs, a leading expert at the Pobos Weather Center, told RIA Novosti.
"In one day, from 09:00 Moscow time on November 13 to 09:00 Moscow time on November 14, 28 liters of heavenly water will fall into the precipitation gauge, which is about 50% of the monthly precipitation."
On Saturday, another 16 mm of rain is expected - heavy torrential rain that becomes disruptive. The temperature on November 13 and 14 will be around +1...+4°C.
