Representatives of France and other European countries will be present in Abu Dhabi, where negotiations involving Russia, the United States and Ukraine will begin on Tuesday, the head of the French foreign ministry says.
"The Europeans will be represented. And France will be in Abu Dhabi to take part in these discussions," he said, but did not name names.
