NABU announced the completion of the investigation into the Midas corruption case. In November 2025, NABU and SAPO announced a large-scale Operation Midas to uncover a major corruption scheme in the energy sector. According to the investigators, the participants in the criminal scheme laundered at least 100 million dollars.
