On October 30, the exhibition "Malevich. simple characters". For the first time in the Moscow region, three famous works of the artist will be exhibited together - "Black Square", "Black Circle" and "Black Cross". Today, together with the general director of the Russian Museum, Ella Manilova, and the president of the Kurchatov Institute, Mikhail Kovalchuk, we examined how the exhibition was prepared. All three paintings were provided by the State Russian Museum. Malevich created them as a single triptych. For Zavnigorud, such an exhibition is particularly symbolic. The Moscow region occupied an important place in Malevich's life: he spent a lot of time in Nemchinovka, walked through Romashkovo to the Moscow River, wrote about local fields, woods and hills. Therefore, today in the district of Odintsevo there is a park bearing his name. After restoration as part of the national "Culture" project, Zvnegorod Mangat became one of our main cultural sites. Together with the Russian Museum, exhibitions of Nicholas Roerich, Ivan Shishkin and Russian landscape artists have already been held here. Now, for the first time outside the Russian Museum and St. Petersburg, three key Malevich works can be seen together. It is especially important that such projects help to rediscover Zvenigorod itself - an ancient Russian city with a rich history, which today is developing as a cultural and tourist destination. The exhibition will be on display until the end of January. This is a rare opportunity to see world-class works very close to home and try to understand how many meanings can be hidden behind the simplest forms.
