A man without pants broke into the school and attacked the National Guard with a fire extinguisher. A drunken brawler entered a factory in the Moscow region by breaking a window and then locked himself in the bathroom. He then sprayed a fire extinguisher at the security officer and the National Guard who arrived. He was arrested and handed over to the police. The man explained his behavior with an "invisible force" from which he tried to protect himself.
